Great location, safe area, lots of restaurants nearby, convenient store connected to lobby, easy check in/out.

Almost perfect.

The location of this hotel is superb, right in the center of the bustling restaurant area and financial district. It's conveniently situated next to the JR Shimbashi station, providing easy access to various transportation lines. The hotel facilities are clean and well-maintained. the staff are friendly, accommodating, and even allowed me to check in early.

Nothing I didn't like to be fair.

The hotel is perfectly located right down the shopping street on the right of the busy JR Shimbashi station. It is very near all the stations you need to visit Tokyo, making it extremely convenient to navigate the city. The room is clean and comfortable, with a spacious bathtub. The staff is welcoming and speaks English. Grabbing a quick bite or drink is easy with the Lawson convenience store right at the hotel.

The breakfast is a bit underwhelming with a simple sandwich and basic items.

The hotel is conveniently located next to JR Shinbashi station, making it easy to travel to other parts of Tokyo, Haneda airport, the imperial palace, and the Tsukiji market. The rooms are comfortable, and some offer a view of the Tokyo Tower and skyscrapers. The staff is friendly and welcoming, and there is a convenience store and Starbucks located on the ground floor.

The standard single rooms could be small for solo travelers with large suitcases.

This hotel is a great find in terms of value for money. The prices are reasonable, especially considering the excellent location near Shimbashi station. It's in the center of Tokyo, making it convenient for exploring the city. The hotel staff are friendly and provide good service. The basic amenities are available, and the rooms offer a nice view of Tokyo Tower.

Didn't dislike anything about the hotel.

Located on a high floor for peaceful sleep, smaller rooms but comfortable. Clean overall, except minor bathroom dust. Helpful staff with decent English. Lawson convenience store attached for snacks and drinks. Convenient access to transportation and nearby Ginza area.

It was an amazing sight to wake up to every morning. The location was also ideal, with easy access to the Shimbashi train station and popular attractions like Ginza. The hotel wasvery comfy and tidy, and the free internet worked well. Despite the small room size, we were able to make it work for our vacation.

We had a bit of trouble finding the hotel due to the lack of addresses in Tokyo, but once we found it, we were impressed with the great location. It was close to the train station and there were plenty of restaurants and shops nearby. The hotel itself had a modern and hip vibe, and the rooms were small but well kept. The bed was surprisingly comfy and the bathroom had a cool glass door, made it feel less confined. The breakfast options were limited but tasty, and we loved that there were lots of eateries to explore in the area. we had a pleasant stay at Sotetsu Fresa Inn and would recommend it.
